I have girlfriend in China and my one day marrying her. I been Divorce before and want to be safe. What can happn if I did get Divorce from her. I live in the USA and just want to know what could happn if I did come to Divorce and she from China.

theres no danger but remember that in countries like that sometimes they dont have the resources to check for diseases. i would have her checked first.

Well she will get a unconditional green card for the next 2 year after you both get married and then if you get divorce with her sooner than 2 years she might lost her green card because the INS will think the married was a fraud and she have to go bye bye go back to China but if you still married with her after 2 years she will be able to keep her green card and live in US she just need to renew her green card every 10 years, thats it !!
