My Dear Severus, please wait until you are fully matured in your body to see what size you are going to be.
My breasts were not fully developed (like many girls,) until at least 16. At this time in your life, focus on being with your friends and learning more about your personality and all the awesome traits you hold within yourself. You will have the rest of your life ahead of you to bag on your outward appearance. (Believe me, ALL things will begin a rapid decline due to gravity, diet, and chemicals.)
Try holding both arms at shoulder height, and flex your pectoral muscles. Do this 10 minutes, 3 times a week.

They will keep growing as you get older.
The important things to remember are
1) Different guys like different sizes.
2) Wear bras. They won't stop your boobs from growing (trust me on this one) but they will help shape them. And shape is very important because not many guys like saggy boobs. No matter what the size, perky boobs look really nice.

Be happy with yourself, your boobs do not identify who you are. Also, the best boobs are natural ones.

u really dont need to worry about that stuff
but my friend says if u wear a bra alot ur boobs get bigger
