2 routers are connected to two different internet service providers, i want to configure both the isp in my conputer so that even if one isp is down i can be online, now each time 1 connection is down i need to manually change the gateway and dns ip in my pc.

On your PC, make the gateway IP address the same as your PC's IP address. It's inefficient but I think it'll work.

I don't know what model routers you have but the best way to handle this is through VRRP - the Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol. Do some research and see if your routers support this feature.

I don't believe you can use two internet connections at the same time. Typically if one broadband is down (like roadrunner) the other one will be down too.
