i work in the information systems profession... so i'm on starting at 7 am until leaving around 5 pm... then of course i'm on the computer at some point in the evening, even thought most time is spent away from a computer doing my best to be social.
When you start saying things like 'lol' outloud... that's when you've been on too long....

It would depend on what you do for a living. If you are into software then you would be on the computer working to pay your bills. If you are a student you may use it for reference for your studies. If you are a housewife/working woman you may use it sometimes and do whatever work you got to do the rest of the time. Use it as long as it may be necessary.
