Ok well she's not technically stealing my identity but she copies everything!!! It started w. her copying myspace layouts & internet stuff, & then she'd start getting the same shirt as me, liking the same guy, everything!!!!!! I want to be a pharmacist .. she does too now ? The worst thing is my music tho. She used to make fun of the music me & my guy friend liked [emo-ish alternative music] but now she claims to like it too b.c she likes him or something I think. She knows like one Panic! at the Disco song from my iPod & says she loves them. I liked em in '05!!! I don't want to stop being her hommie but this is ridiculous & being copied is my pet peeve!!! My two other best friends are deff. on my side, so I'm obviously in the right in the situation. I've hinted but only once did I ever say anything directly, & she got mad & refused to speak to me all day. Does anyone know of a way I could keep my friend but help her get some effin originality ??

oh, this is a hard one! First of all, she's not a very good friend if you can't tell her something's bothering you, & then she freaks out. If it was me, I'd pretend that i didn't like it. Like when she'd say "OH i just love Panic! at the Disco!" be like, "Well, they ain't the best".Get your two friends on it too, then she'll be so confused, then at the end of the day be like, "We really do like Panic! At teh Disco,we just wanted to see if you were copying us. We want you to be yourself, not exactly like us! Just loosing up some". If she gets mad, let it be, don't bother with her. I wouldn't.

you need to be honest she knows what she is doing, butt *hint *hint she admires you so dont go to hard on her, tell her you think she should do things on her own and embrace her own idenity

be happy that she admires you and wants to be like you -- but it does get on my nerves too but what can you do about it? it better to someone admire you than someone to hate you
