Is there anything you do or have ever done that you always advise others never to do?
One of mine is that I am against animal abuse, yet I love to eat meat.

i think my main problem is that i give really good advice to other people on health and exercise but rarely do what i say (even though i know i should).

Never judge someone by the way they look.

i always ask others to just tell the truth, but i lie when it's easier to do
