No. you have misunderstood the time era "multidimensional". the thought the universe "has 11 dimensions" is in the context of measurable axis. plenty in the same way 3 dimensional area has an x, y and z axis (top, width, intensity), 11 dimensional area in basic terms has extra axis to degree. It does not recommend that there are 11 planes of life wherein spirits, ghosts, deities or regardless of inhabit. additionally, you appear to be assigning some supernatural definition to the observe "potential".
