Michael Jordan. He's the best player to have played in any era. Any team you build around him, no matter how bad, would still compete. He made mediocre players good. He made stars out of good players.

Shaq- he wasnt healthy and still won. You need a duo-.... and role players. Jordan had Pippen, with a decent center- then BJ armstrong(come on now) and the white boy that could shoot. Grant too. Shaq had Kobe--- then Fox, and the other lakers, Shaq had Wade last year. Detroit had Wallace and Wallace, I think, and a good squad.
