Been workin 4 a guy 3 years, payin me cash now we r arguin and hes not gonna give me my last 2 paychecks, what can i do?

Can they get me my last paychecks? Do i go to small claims court or to the state labor board?

No, hes never gave me the tax papers from day 1, so no i havent been claiming an income!!

Do you declare the income, and have you done so for the past three years? Contact the IRS if you don't get the 1099.
As an independent contractor, you don't have many work-related support groups regarding not being paid. Contact the labor board. Small claims court may be an option.

Report your Employer to the State Labor Board - they will take care of everything for you.
