"Allegedly" is the key word in that question. Any machine or generator that produces 5 times the energy it consumes would HAVE to be losing mass - or consuming itself. It dosen't exist - if it did, it surly would be "common place by now."

What space power generator is this? Humans have never made a power generator that makes more energy than it requires.
