The remaining Gibb Brothers have the copyrights to the Bee Gees Songs. But not to all of there songs I believe Robert Stigwood who did Saturday Night Fever has the rights to those song. Also the Bee Gees have also got the copyrights to Andy Gibb (younger brother ) who died in the 80's

Linking directly to the records won't work but you can look those up by going here: http://www.copyright.gov/records/cohm.html and click on Combined Search, enter Bee Gee into the search box & click Search. There should be 149 records for the Bee Gees. Click on the appropriate box & then click Submit. The listings of the records will pop right up.

Hope that helps!
