As a physics problem, you would have to look at light coming from some place far, far away. Look at the crab nebulae and you are looking at an explosion that took places hundreds of thousands of years ago. We are just seeing it now because the light is just now getting here.

So, the answer to your question is to look at something very bright that is very, very far away. You will be looking into the past.

u can use dreams, but u cant control your dreams. I recommend astral projection, where u separate the spirit from the body and travel to the far ends of the earth. I heard that monks used it while meditating. Maybe u can try it.
