Wet dreams occur because of the build up of sperm in the testes. If you masturbate on a regular basis (that being about once a week or so) then you shouldn't have a wet dream at all because the sperm is being ejaculated from your "session." So it is completely normal if you have been masturbating. Now, if you haven't been masturbating and you have never even seen your sperm/semenal fluid then I would say if you were overly worried about it to go see your doctor, but other than that you're fine! Hope this helps!

well a wet dream is a realease mechanism for to many swimmers in the waiting room. if you shake hands with your self or are sexually active then your body does not need to get rid of excess sperm. personally if i help myself once a week i dont get them but every guy is different. i dont like them so i make sure im okay in that department. never fun to clean the sheets.

you know, it just depends on what your dreaming about, if you dream about sex, then yes, you'll usually have one, but no, it wouldn't be a concerned health issue....but that is what a wet dream is, when your dreaming about sex, and you ejaculate, but you shouldn't be concerned

You're perfectly normal.
Some guys get them and some guys don't.
Nothing to worry about at all. ;-)
