A spinoff found in most hospitals nowadays is an MRI. The MRI is an evolved engineering step from the cyclotron colliders of the early 1900s. It creates and manipulates magnetic fields in order to image the inside of the human body. All as a result of wanting to move particles along decades ago. And, ask Clinton why he cancelled the funding for the SCSC.
