I bawled at the end of Of Mice and Men.

I almost cried during To Kill a Mockingbird when Scout confronted the racists at the courthouse and didn't understand what was going on.

Platero y yo by Nobel prize winner Juan Ramón Jiménez, when I was 9 yrs old.
The little Prince by Antoine Saint Exupery when I was a teen .
Brokeback Mountain (the book, not the movie)

and many other fine books.

Pere Goriot by Honore de Balzac (when I was 15)
Because it was so sad story about one so lonely man, who in the same time had and hadn't family.

Eugene Onegin by Pushkin (when I was 14)
Because he was complete fool and she was great woman.

The Mill on the Floss by George Eliot (when I was 22)
Because Philip was so understanding. So perfect. And because everything was different that I desperately wanted it to be.

I won't count books that made me cry, but had an end I liked (more or less). Than there would be too much of them. (Gordana, The Count of Monte Cristo, The Wheel of Time series - yup, they did it to me, Good in Bed, Single White E-mail, Witch of Greech, Daughter of Lotrshchak, Single in Marriage...)

The Dark Tower by Stephen King. There were so many losses in that book. Characters that I had been reading about for so long (around thirteen years) died or went away.

Yeah, several. In all genres. Have you ever read a book that made you cry?

All the time. I cry in movies as well.

I bawled my eyes out and was depressed for days at the end of "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince".

So I'm a sook AND a nerd.
