There's a hilarious scene in the movie "The Long Kiss Good Night", where the Geena Davis character distracts the Samuel Jackson character by sarcastically clinching a cigarette in her teeth, flashing him, "Check these out", then quickly yanking the bandage from his chest that she needs to change. Even though he was in great pain, at the decoy worked, as I think it would for most guys. So, yes, I think it is possible to disguise pain with pleasure.

Sure you can disguise pain with pleasure...just don't ignore the pain or it will sneak up on you and cause you to have a nervous break-down and because you have worked so hard at disguising your pain instead of addressing it head on, you will need years and years of therapy to recover.

But it would only be a disguise wouldn't it ?
Ones pain would be economized into a facade
and there the pain would be even greater, your
pain taking a direction invariably toward unpleasurable
tensions, we need homeostasis, stability toward
voluntary behaviour guided by our way to cover our
pain with pleasure, pushing our banality to an inward
archetype for survival .....
So, yea, it's possible to disguise pain
with pleasure , with consequences to our
own being of who we are to ourselves within ....

I think it depends on the intensity of the pain and how skilled you are at replacing it with feelings of pleasure. It is possible though, I have done it myself, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
