No. I try not to dwell on them because that which you think about, you become. If I do catch myself thinking negative thoughts about myself I immediately turn it around and say something positive instead.
For example: if I catch myself thinking that I need to lose weight, I turn it around and say to myself: "I am a beautiful woman with a strong, healthy body that works for me."

No time for that wasteful excercise!
I'm sure I'm not going to change.
Then why taking inventory of my faultds.
When I reach 80+ there will be plenty of time for self-introspection & penitence.
Not now! Where are the girls? Is my chief concern now!

I do keep in mind what works and what doesn't for me ... it keeps me attentive to what leads me to a fault.
It's also good to remember how you got through situations in the past.
Avoid what you can. but when you run into some new obstical, know there IS a way past it ... just got'a find it.

If you recognize your faults, then you can do your best to overcome them.
In short, know them, but don't obsess over them.
