I need a little more info as to why u don't want to be friends with her and why u feel bad for her?
I mean do u feel bad for her because she has NO FRIENDS, is there something wrong with her psychical? it's it her race?
Is she not pretty and u don't want to be seen with her?
Is she a trouble maker?
If it's because she a trouble maker, then I can understand but if it's because of other reasons short of that then I would say that it's not fair that u would judge her this way.
I think that if she's a good person from within then may be u can try hard not to allow other things block u not wanting to be friends with this girl. U nevr know she could be the best friend u will ever have or know.

You are not her friend because you are being fake towards her. You have to be honest and sincere with her as well as with yourself. You will see how the weight will left off your shoulders, because I know it has to be rough lying everyday. You can't be friends with someone just because you feel sorry for them.
I say be a true friend and be honest.
