Left click on View at the top of your browser window. Next left click on Text Size. Then left click on the word, "Largest".

In IE, click View. Scroll down to Text Size, and click it, then make your selection.

if you mean the internet explorer browser....

click text size on View and choose larger font.

Try right clicking in blank area, left click on properties, then hit appearance tab. You should be able to adjust it.
