The procedure is to involved to explain here.
Remove engine.
Remove every part from the engine.
Split the crankcase apart.
Change necessary parts.
Clean gasket surfaces.
Reassemble.
Either get a shop manual and be prepaired to buy a lot of special tools, or bring it to a shop.

You will have to split the lower half of the engine to get to the transmission. It would probably be better to find another engine.
