Of course, THE SHAH!
This Persian/Urudu word for king was also used in Indian Moghul courts, like "Shah-in-Shah" meaning King of Kings or Emperor - like Akbar.
Hence in Chess - which evolved from India and Persia, when the opponent King is brought in check, the Germans still use the warning word "Schach!" or "King!" and checkmate is "Schachmatt" or "The King is Dead"
