There are far too many variables to give you a definitive answer. You haven't given any details whatsoever. Is it a one or a two story house? Will the roof be trusses or conventional rafters? Will the house be built on a concrete slab, crawl space, or basement? I'm sure you get the picture.

Twenty three hundred square feet is not a very big house, but depending on the answers to the above mentioned questions, the time to construct can vary greatly.

A well equipped experienced framing crew can frame a 2,300 sq. ft. ranch house over a full basement, with a truss roof, in less than three days. Chances are, they would do it in just two long days if conditions were right.

Good luck with your project.

Well, this really depends on the crew, and what tools they use...

I once knew of a crew working a new subdivision.. and they could frame a 2 story home, the size you mention, or larger, in just a couple of days... of course, the trade-off was you didnt dare check to see if the walls were plumb... lol

I reside in South principal Pa. And i am a hvac tech. Rule of thumb is 12000 btu per ton and a ton is equal to 600-800 sqft/per ton relying on the yr of the condominium (insulation windows age things like that) in case your condo is historical with poorly insulated home windows and poorly insulated we would use 600....So 2300 sq toes divided via 600 =three.8 ton residence unit need to warmness. Three.8 ton x 12000 btu needed to heat the residence =45600 btu output of warmth. Due to the fact that have been utilising extreme old apparatus and poorly insulation & poorly insulated windows this would be the worst case situation. Your heating unit is handiest (which I doubt its this dangerous) a 70% efficient heating unit. So at 70% effective unit to have a output of 45600 BTU it input BTU would need to be round 65000 BTU. YOURS IS 67000 BTU you will have to be best.

I are living in South Central Pa. and i am a hvac tech. Rule of thumb is 12000 btu in line with ton and a ton is same to six hundred-800 sqft/in line with ton relying at the yr of the condominium (insulation home windows age matters like that) If your condominium is historic with poorly insulated home windows and poorly insulated we could use six hundred....So 2300 squareft divided by means of six hundred =three.eight ton condominium unit have to warmth. three.eight ton x 12000 btu had to warmth the condominium =45600 btu output of warmth. Since had been utilising severe historic gear and poorly insulation & poorly insulated home windows this would be the worst case situation. Your heating unit is simplest (which I doubt its this unhealthy) a 70% Efficient heating unit. So at 70% effective unit to have a output of 45600 BTU it enter BTU could ought to be round 65000 BTU. YOURS IS 67000 BTU you will have to be high-quality.
