For a two point answer a 31 inch waist would measure exactly 31 inches.

Hope I got this right to earn the extra 10 points.

Well, I have a 27" waist and wear a size 4 comfortably. I suppose it would depend on where the weight is carried for a woman. A guy with a 31" waist is SKINNY!

A thin guy probably has a 31 inch waist. If you watch Seinfeld, he claims to have a 31 inch waist.

If you're planning to be a fashion model, you're definitely chubby and need to really slim down to an unrealistic but attainable(?) 24 or 23 inches.

For the ordinary mortals like myself, 31 inches at the waist is very sexy to me. My wife is 31 inches at the waist.

RRRrawwrrrrrrr......he 3x Peace.

Take a measuring tape and wrap it around you, if you can. Look for the number 31. That's how big.
