Try rubbing sesame oil on your legs. It's supposed to go directly into your blood stream. Maybe that will help heal the bumps, no matter what they are caused by. If they keep hurting or get worse, see a skin doctor.

They are more than likely heat bumps or razor bumps. Try using Huggies Liquid Baby Powder w/ cornstarch (found in the baby dept). Put it on after you shower... before you go to bed. Also, try using a different brand of lotion or just using baby oil. If that doesnt help clear it up, see a dermatologist. They may perscribe an ointment or cream.

They are probably in grown hairs. They leave pimple like bumps on your legs and sometimes arms.

You might have been bitten by red ants.
Their bite stings and leaves a red pimple like spot. It goes away after a week or two.

its KP. keratisis-poralisis or something like that. i have it too kinda although i have grown out of a lot of it as a lot of people do. All she need to do is exfoliate her arms and theighs while in the shower with an exfoliating sponge (one of those rough sponges or materails) and Dove soap, and then moisturize the areas. it will become less noticable in about 2 weeks.
