Die-Hard Right here: this will be our lineup in October

CF Damon
SS Jeter
DH Giambi
3B Rodriguez
1B Sheffield
LF Matsui
RF Abreu
C Posada
2B Cano

and 3 through 5 are interchangable

I would actually switch out damon and jeter, jeter has a better OBP vs. Damon's higher SLG, not to mention Jeter has a better SB percentage and I would leave Giambi at cleanup with Rodriguez and Posada following. All else seems right.

Miguel Cairo is hurt, and Robby Cano should be back this week. The lineup may change. Other than that, it looks great to me. Bernie should continue to play, he's been a real asset this year.

Hey...how about that home run derby yesterday? Nice to see the bats out.

I like the lineup -- although ARod might feel more comfortable batting 5th, your lineup is great since it alternates left-right-left-right, etc.

Too bad there isn't any room for Andy Phillips. Definitely the team will be awesome when Matsui and Cano returns!

Since Matsui bats left, and Cano, right -- it's retains the left-right-left-right, etc.
