If it is only one over no I don't... but these rude idiots who have sometimes double (or more!) than what they should have, I cannot stand! I always say something to the cashier so I also embarrass the customer at the same time. In fact it happened to me yesterday so i said to the cashier "is this the 10 items or less line? or has the light been left on by mistake?"...

No, I get mad when they don't open enough registers, so everyone has to wait forever.
If I've got eleven items, and I can either try to sneak through the ten items or less line, or I can stand behind someone with a shopping cart so full she looks like a bag lady, what do you think I'm going to do?
Besides, don't the people in line have something better to do than count other people's items?

If a person has small items that might be hard to recognise as being ten, then, no, I don't get mad. If they obviously have more than ten, and don't care how inconsiderate they are being, then yes, I get mad. Well...actually, I really don't get mad...just real annoyed.

yes, but you know what you don't care one bit if your the one the night before Thanksgiving or Christmas with 15 items in a packed store cause you didn't want to get behind the lady with 3 kids, 2 carts full to the brim with food and whatever and writing a check.

Amazingly... no. I find that I'm rather tolerant when it comes down to crap like this.
Although if I'm having a bad day... WATCH OUT, lol.
What gets me the most is when the cashier's too slow or not enough counters are opened.

Yes, I might only have one or two so it definately slows me up. I prefer the self-checkout lanes.
