Is there any medical documentation online that shows a picture of the location of the human male internal and external urethral sphincters?

Okay thanks to kacsspock1221 I got to this page http://excellence.dxu.com/US,%20Pelvic%20Floor%20Muscles.htm which is very close to what I'm looking for. But what I'd like to see is a side view for a human male. I have a urethral stricture and I'm looking for a side view so I can get an idea of where the external sphincter is in relation to my stricture. I want to make sure no surgical procedure will compromise my external urethral sphincter.

You do not have an external urethral sphincter. The sphincter for urination is at the outlet of the bladder. A stricture of the urethra is in the penis itself usually and is the result of trauma, or infection inside of urethra itself. You should be able to look up on the internet the "Male Urethra" It should be labeled.
