The guy that I lost my virginity too's wife just left him, and he came to find me. Well, we ran into eachother in the grocery store, and he started kissing me. I don't know what to do, because I don't want to tell my boyfriend, because he will get upset, and he can't do anything about it because he is back in the hospital again. I don't know what to do. Any advice??

He isn't a stranger. He was my first boyfriend, and my first lover.

I'm not trying to mess this up. I love my current boyfriend with all my heart, and I could never do anything to hurt him. This other guy just didn't think what we had was done. But it most certainly is.

An ex is an ex for a reason.
If your happier now into the relationship you have, you need to tell him how you've moved on, but don't be too harsh, you'll have to let him down slowly, he's still not over you.
As for your boyfriend, I would totally tell him, tell him how you felt at the time, don't hide it, I'd be honest about the situation.
If your current boyfriend can't accept the fact it wasn't on your part.. then you should re-consider that too.. you shouldn't be afraid of your boyfriend's reaction if it wasn't on your part.
$hit happens, and if it wasn't on your side, and not welcomed, then he should understand and accept that.. it's not always pleasant.. but it was a mishap.
The other guy is going to find it hard, but I'd let go of the ties, and not have anything to do with him, so he doesn't end up being a conflict into your current relationship any further. any break itsn't easy to take.. but he'll eventually realize how you feel.

He sounds insecure, running back to you when his wife leaves him - understandable but creepy behaviour. If you can let him off gently you probably should, but if he needs a dose of reality there are less friendly ways for that too. I'd say you should resolve the situation first and then tell your boyfriend afterwards. It might be a painful thing even then, but your boyfriend shouldn't be too upset if you handled it by yourself, as the threat is gone. Don't tell him before then, you'd only worry him unnecessarily. Oh and this is not the best answer, lady luck said some more useful things still! :o)

Avoid the first bf, and if you do run into him again, tell him you are seeing someone else and it's over.

.....unless you are trying to screw up the relationship you have with your current bf, of course. As for the current bf, I would not tell him unless he absolutely needs to know (i.e. if other people were present). You don't have to say anything, since your kissing did not mean anything---- right???

I guess just stop kissing strange men in the grocery store for starters.

The guy whose wife just left him will use you for sex. He just wants to drown his sorrows in another woman. Sorry, I just can't sugar-coat it for you. Newly separated people do that sometimes.
