i think my county has 2 differnt judges and if judge one is the one that dals with my fathers divorce then i know for a fact that it will not be a fair hearing (the damn judge was pissed because he could not send my father to jail about 16 years ago so he made it up by giving me a sentence that did not fit the crime i did. i stole a bike the the S.O.B threated to have me sent to jaill for 8 months but i just got put on probation for 2 years)

In my state the person who files may request a judge, but the request does not have to be honored. The point in filing and requesting is to get a judge from the same political party as your lawyer. We are a little corrupt around here.

yes you can it is called . a conflict of interest . you must put this in writing to do this and have your lawer send it to the bar. assition on this matter if aproved he will be replaced by another judge . this is fact . my opion?
