In the time it took light to traverse the width of his body (about 1 billion'th of a second), he would be fully ionized and turned into a super-heated gaseous state called a plasma. The plasma would be integrated into a subsequent fireball expansion. The fireball would cool and become part of a mushroom cloud. The cloud would dissipate and spread over many thousands of square kilometers, eventually precipitating as radioactive dust in the rain. Why do you ask?

as for the answer, in short u would be blown apart, put on fire, vapuorized, plasmatizsed, and well u would eventually spread in the surrounding atmosphere as radioactive waste

They would be instantly vaporized. Also, the shockwave is so fast that they wouldn't even realize something bad is happening.
