Basically they'll do what my company does....

Use a set of software "tools" to tweak and modify certain things on your computer to make it perform better. It could be anything from scanning for Spyware to Defragging your Hard Drive to adjusting the virtual memory in Windows. There's several things they can do just to make your computer run better in general. However, if you know what you're doing, you can do all this on your own. If you don't, it's not a bad thing to have someone do for you....but with a price.

All this is only necessairy if you have concerns about your PC or if your PC is not running at the speed of which you're use to.

I have a Dell so I can't send you all the information, however, I would assume all optimization is pretty much the same. click on Start, the click Help. Type "optimization" in the question box. You should bring up a lot of information from which you can make a choice.
