FYI, I have already quit. But would like to know when it would be safe to start trying for a baby after quitting.

I read somewhere to cut all bad habits at least 3 monthsbefore concieving but one year would be optimal. Start taking prenatal vitamins too so your body has all nutrients it needs.

stop smoking as soon as you find out you're pregnant unless you don't want your baby to live.

you should stop asap - don't you want to live to see that baby grow up??? we all know it is better for the baby as well
