According to the website http://www.plasticsurgery.org/public_education/procedures/Gynecomastia.cfm , it seems that breast reduction surgery or liposuction are the best bets.

No, the size of nipples aren't related to body weight, it's genetic. If your breast size reduces as a result of your weight loss, your areolas may shrink however.

I'd say no, because the skin isn't likely to tighten around the nipple area. Even if you lose weight, skin can still stay the same size.

yes, but you'll still have the problem of having them look like ****. Surgery is the only way, exercise can work well, work the pecs and at least they'll look like manly ****

Ummm....if you are saying that your areolas are really large, I don't think that they will shrink in comparison to your breast. They should shrink with your breast, but retain the breast to areola ratio.
