I used to think Pearl Jam was really cool until I saw them on Story Tellers. Eddie Vedder just talked about how cool he was and then all the rest of the band took turns talking about how cool Eddie Vedder was. My idolization from junior high was shattered. However, the cover of Mercy Mercy me with the Strokes, Eddie Vedder, and Josh Homme is really cool. Although, Julian Casablancas voice puts Eddie to shame.

I think they are way over rated.
I mean, they have just now come out with a song I actually like.... it's been, what, 12 years?

Not a fan personally. I'm not saying they're bad, it's just not my style of rock.

One of my favorite bands from that era, they have not rocked for quite sometime, got a bit to folkish.
Would be nice if they had some new hits.

They were ok 10-15 years ago. Jeremy. Yellow Ledbetter. Stuff like that.
Now-a-days, they kinda blow.
