God no, under no circumstances, not in any universe, trade a point monster like peyton manning and warrick for a questionable RB like LJ. He did outstanding the last half of the season last year, but Peyton has been doing the same thing every year for much longer. And warrick? The stats speak for themselves. Check your FA and waivers. I picked up Addai on the FA in my league, he may be on yours.

The answer depends on how your league scores points. So the following assumes the default Yahoo Public setting:

For Larry Johnson? I would trade Jake Delhomme and Warrick Dunn, but not Peyton Manning.

Peyton Manning (when he has a good year) can win your fantasy league outright, with 40-50 touchdowns. Larry Johnson has 1 season of 20 touchdowns, and there's no guarantee he will repeat.

If nothing else, I would wait until the first 1-2 weeks into the season, to determine how the teams are shaping up. Then, trade for a high-performance RB (not *necessarily* LJ), if you can live with Jake Delhomme at QB.

RBs tend to be consistent, so you want to trade when you know who the "good ones" are. Also, if you see a drop-off in expected stats, dump your RB QUICKLY, as it may precede an injury. That is what happened to me a few years back with Edgerrin James. Hope it helps.

I answered a similar question earlier; I'm as high on Peyton as anyone this year (I say he should go no lower than 4th in a draft), but if you have a shot at potentially holding the top 2 RB's for the season, you've got to do it, because it's a double whammy; not only will you get big points from your RB's, but other than the Alexander owner, you'll dominate the other teams top 2 RB's every time, meaning you just have to keep pace with your other starters.

I think that between the 3 QB's you have left, one of them will emerge as a servicable starter (probably Delhomme, but Brooks could have a resurgency in Oakland).

to the guy above me keeping peyton is whiny, you're a moron. he's in no way complaining to refs about calls and a minimum of he's not slightly pooswa that calls roughing the passer consequences for the ref anytime someone receives interior 5 ft of his knee. Peyton Manning is fingers down the perfect QB contained in the game. call another QB who instructions the sphere besides as he does. he's the organic definition of a field typical. The colts does no longer be almost the crew they are without him, which include if brady or brees were on the crew. no one is as consistent as Manning, no one throws a better positive ball than Manning, no one has better positive communication jointly with his receivers, and no one has ever worked as troublesome as Peyton does. Peyton Manning is the Indianapolis Colts and Peyton Manning is the NFL. Brees is an outstanding quarterback, yet he's not the biggest reason the Saints are reliable now: till now their protection changed into more advantageous, they were a mediocre crew at perfect. Brady has continuously has a reliable protection in the back of him, something Manning and Brees have not continuously had. Now that the Pats d isn't that reliable, you note that they are suffering. Roethlisberger would not belong interior the same classification as those 3 and in no way even the insane steelers followers could argue that he does if his protection hadn't gained 2 tremendous bowls for him.

NO!!!!!!!!!!!

Try to find a team that is weak at QB and offer him a trade with Delhomme and Dunn for a solid RB those two players should get you a good back maybe Westbrook, or Ronnie Brown, or Cadillac, or Domanick Davis

I Don't think so keep peyton because he is in a better team than larry johnson and warrick dunn,And plus we all know that peyton puts up the the numbers. What was it 2 years ago 49 touchdowns.

if i was u id do it because LJ is a really good back and this yr he is playing 16 games so he might go over 25 td's and warrick dunn is reliable because Tj Duckett is not doing so good any more and Warrick Dunn gets more carries so i think it would be a good deal.
