I don't really know. Never really been with a guy that chews tobacco, so I can't say with confidence how I feel about it.
Kojak, dip is different than chewing tobacco, so get down off that soapbox before you hurt yourself. ;-)
Chewing tobacco has all that nasty brown juice and gets stuck in between the teeth. It can be just as nasty as smoking. Not nastier, probably. But at least just as bad...

I did that some in college! Not chew, but dip. I never did it with women around because I knew they thought is was gross.
However, I always thought it was funny how my friends who smoked would call it gross...allow me to get on my high horse for a moment as far as why dipping is not as gross...
#1 - There is no "second hand spit." I'm not going to spit in your mouth. It all goes in a cup.
#2 - If I'm dipping, not everyone will know.
#3 - If I talk to you while I'm dipping, your clothes aren't going to smell like dip spit.
I don't do either now, but I just get a kick out of that.

That is so completely disgusting. It's like chewing cigarettes. Same stuff inside, anyways. Like kissing a guy with reallyreally bad-tasting chewing gum or something. Kinda how kissing a smoker is like kissing an ashtray. Gross.
So, in response to your question, he is definitely NOT kissable.
Who does that anymore, anyways?
