Apple cider is really yummy, it's just a beverage made from apples, but around these parts, it is kinda hard to find it except for harvest season. I also heard that cherries are good for gout, so maybe you can eat the cherries in the summer and drink the cider in the fall! Now I want cider, thanks!!!!!! :0)

I have it too, never heard of apple cider for it, I take allopurinol but have heard cherry juice helps or even cherries, of course i dont like cherry juice i tried it but dont like any brand, it is a build up of uric acid on the bones because the kidneys arent flushing it out, you should lay off the red meats, gravies and such this will help some

I don't know how it works. It likely does not work and is an old wives tale. There are better treatments for gout than this and they work very well. As your doctor about your uric acid levels and how they can be lowered by Allopurinol
