If you have a ditch or small stream running through the field you can make a ditch (or stream) dam and force the water into the field to flood irrigate it. If you don't have any water via the ditch or stream you could contact your septic guy and see if his daily "septic pump jobs" are "clean" enough to have him dump it on your fields. Even though that is a gross thought, it has been used in the early days as a source for water. You'd have to check the consequences with a vet or someone to see if there would be any adverse reactions to the cows. To me, it's no different than using the manure from feed lots to fertilize the fields. I'll pray for rain, for you. Good Luck

C'mon genius, how many ways are there to irrigate a field? You get water to it. We aren't in your hay field to tell you the best way, maybe you got water hoses, maybe you have irrigation ditch. How are we gonna know??? Good luck
