Mr. Bush cannot be re-elected. He is constitutionally limited to two terms and he is serving his second now.

Please read the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. Become a better, more informed citizen.

I am an Independent. I don't believe in the dogma the national political parties try to shove down our throats.

He won't be re-elected. The constitution prohibits that for life.

However, we are in a war against terrorism - so he'll create a signing statement to the fact he legally his royal highness's term cannot end until the war for terrorism is over.

I wonder how ticked off he is at not being able to dissolve the supreme court yet and take over their powers?

Just nine people he can't fire yet.

Thank god this bush will be out of office for good in 2009. Unless his Attorney General rewrites the Twentieth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

I certainly hope he doesn't get elected again. I'm a registered Democrat but vote for whoever gets the job done. This time around I know I'm voting a straight Democrat ticket. Time to clean up the kitchen.

well im a conservative but i highly doubt that bush will be re-elected, especially since he cant run again. But who knows maybe the idiots of the country will unite and pull some strings. By the way arent you in charge of that club?

Thank God he's prohibited by the Constitution from running again. After 2008 he can go back to Crawford and cut wood and walk through cows*** up to his knees. I'm a Democrat from Texas and damned proud of it and I hope he decides to move to another state when he leaves office - we can do without him here.

NEVER UNDER-ESTIMATE a rabid cat while cornered....He could envoke martial law if this war goes wrong, expands, and nukes fly. There are combinations of various countrys out there that CAN BEAT the US military!.....He could say something like, "We have to postpone the elections as its not safe to go to polls due to terrorism threats".....NEVER UNDERESTIMATE the capabilitys of the highest office!!! YOU should NOT have elected him the second time!!!!
