I am a 14 year old male and I weigh 175 and I was really wanting to loose some weight and Im going to play soccer and do karate so im hoping that that will help a lot.

well when I did track I ran about a mil a day and in three weeks I lost 20 pounds and soccer runs a lot more so yeah it will help but the key is to drink water not gatorade or powerade or soda at all and u will see improvments
