Fact: It is possible to catch hepitatis if you do not wash your hands after using the restroom. Others might catch it too if you prepare food with unsanitary hands.

Ugh, that drives me CRAZY! They do their business and leave... but not before smearing their germs all over the door (not to mention the world at large) which almost negates me washing my hands in the first place. That's why I hate public restrooms with the hand dryers, no paper towels to use for handling the door. (yeah, I'm a bit of a germiphobe)

I always wash up well and use a towel or napkin to open the doors in a public lou ( restroom ).

i don't always wash my hands but i carry hand sanitizer around with me

You can also get the rotovirus, which is a nasty form of vomiting that is caused when fecal matter is ingested - EWWWWW - wash your hands always!!
