i also go for www.mobile9.com. but you need a usb or memory card to transfer the ringtones,videos or applications to your phone. All you need to do is download the file, save it in the pc, and with the use of a usb or memory card, just drag and drop it to your phone's memory(the drag and drop works most with nokia phones). I have been using this site for sometime now and it really provides me all the stuff i need with my phone.
