im 19 and i weigh 95 lbs i know thats bad but i cant gain weight i cant sit on the couch all day and eat cuz i have a 2 year old daughter that runs around all day can someone help me please thanks

You can make weekly small healthy meals and put them away in tupperware containers and mark them for each day of the week.
Try eating a variety gourmet pasta's oppose to eating fatty pasta. You will still gain some weight, but you will be healthy. Alot of Gourmet health stores carry rich, organic foods in where you can put on weight but remain very healthy.

Make leafy green vegetables and add some carrots, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, and cherry tomatoes, with slices of skinless, boneless chicken. And add a nice healthy dressing to it. It is fast and very healthy and fills you up fast.

You will put on some weight, but you will remain healthy. Stay away from fast foods, or you will put on weight that will be difficult to take off. Eat ice cream , or flavored Sherberts, and homemade cake for dessert. Not all at one time, lol, but sparingly.

Potatoes are great for gaining some weight, but you also must take in consideration, your body frame and your height. Normally, people's bodies are proportioned to their height and body frame.

You maybe staying in shape because you are so active, which is very good. Just be careful trying to gain weight. Eat healthy, that's important, try different types of foods so you will not get bored eating or even drinking the same thing. It can get boring.

Organic chips and trial mixes are a great treat! I know you want to gain, but do not focus too much on it, you will be just fine. But, I cannot stress enough on eating right and taking care of your insides, take vitamin supplements with every meal.

You can also go on Yahoo's health sites, and get some really good ideas on homemade recipes, staying fit, and healthy.

My sisters doctor told her to eat ice cream before bed. She was told to do that so she could put on weight for a surgery so try that. You can also try eating other fattening foods before bed after your daughter goes to bed.
