Earnhardt Sr was and will always be numero uno at the past time of dirty driving. Now the torch is passed on to the rainbow warrior just because he can simply get away with more crap than anyone else although he pulls a lot of the same **** senior did.

Dale was not that "dirty" of a driver. If you had watched any of his races you would know that. If someone was slower than him and would not move over, yes he would tap their rear to give them a chance to move. If they did not, well they were warned. He was there to win and he did what it took to get the job done.

Every driver has his own dirty side. DW had his on short tracks, Ernie Ervin was real bad at Daytona and Talledega. Now the "New" NASCAR will not let a driver get too out of hand, it doesn't fit their image anymore.

I not going to put a label on any of the drivers. At some point or another, each driver has shone how dirty they can get, with the exception of Mark Martin, he is the only driver in the circuit with any class. Yes Smoke has let his temper get the best of him, but put yourself in his shoes, and you would act the same way.
