where can i get a copy of the original broadway show of RENT on DVD?

yeah i'm desperately obsessed. The music has bceome the soundtrack of my life. Does anyone know where i can get a copy of the play starring Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp on dvd?

There are no offical ones, but if you look up Rent Bootlegs on google, you'll find lots of sites selling what you want.

I'm not sure. They usually do not film Broadway plays, then film them. I believe Cats, and Joseph and the Techincolor Dreamcoat were the only plays that were filmed and sold. Sorry I couldn't really help.
