When poly or spandex gets heated up...like in the dryer it breaks down and the crease is baked in. I don't know of anything that will remove a crease set in synthetic material.

saturate the pants hem with water, lay a cheesecloth over it, and press the creased area a couple of times with the iron set on cotton. Afterwards again after you re-hem the pants. If it still not to your liking, take the pants to a dry cleaners, they will be able to get the crease out, and the new one in where you have re-hemed the pants.(if you don't have a cheese-cloth take a light colored pillowcase to use, it will give the same effect as a cheese-cloth) Hope it works for you, it has for me several times.

tweety has come the closest to a possibility...white vinegar...spritz a 50/50 mix of vinegar & water onto the area - ust a HOT iron, with steam and some sort of pressing cloth (those flour sack dish towels are ultra cheap and just thin enough) - you'll need the cloth because of the spandex content...better yet to press em inside out if you can - to minimize any damage to the fabric.
Don't worry, the smell of the vinegar will soon dissipate. If on the first pass it doesn't ease up, soak it!
Good luck.

You might try white vinegar on a cloth. Put the vinegar on a pressing cloth over the crease then iron over it. It may take several times before the crease comes out.

Not sure if you are male or female...or style type...but you could add trim...beads, lace, fringe...embroidery...whatever you like to cover that crease...I just added lace to my denim skirt after seeing the kids dept at my wal mart and a mary kate and ashley skirt for a child...It was way to short and hem didnt need turnign up now with lace added...Good luck...some creases NEVER come out and some fade or are worn at that point

They make this stuff called seizing. It's with the spray starch, but it's not starch. You use it just like starch. It should get the creases out.

surely, tougher then you'd imagine. human beings imagine i'm a "manwhore" with the aid of very incontrovertible fact that I surely have a tremendous number of acquaintances that are ladies and that i call all of them "babe" and stuff. believe me, i does no longer do only every person. I surely ought to love them And that takes a lengthy time period. :]

Many times there is a color change where the fold was so it never looks right.
I would have them pressed at the dry cleaners then see how it looks.

I dont know for sure if this works for that material, but try wetting real good and place something heavy over it while it dries. It works for the opposite, so, maybe. good luck
