There is a TEN YEAR TIME LIMIT FOR FILING RAPE CASES.

There is no time limit for filing cases for TORTURE.

So, it is likely the Rape-victims would file case after ten years on the charge of Rape & Torture.

The law says that the prosecution has to start less than 10 years after the crime.
