i do sitt-ups everyday. i do about 150 a session. i do 150 before i go to bed, 60 side crunches on each side, and in the morning when i get up i do about 100...its a very good system, but you also need to eat healthy-er to get fit, maybe go running twice a week. i have a very fast metabolism though, so maybe this is just for me. and don't get discoraged if you dont get resolts the first week, this could take a few months. i hope you get the body you want. luv, ya

dude, you can't get fit just soley by doing situps. You've got to do the hole shibang!! Running works the gut just as good. But, to answer your question. Try to get 35 in one minute. 100-200 a day...and so on

If you could make your situp routine into an aerobic exercise, then it would work. Perhaps a combination of quick crunches, full situps, and side crunches would get your heart rate up. Then, you would get a six pack and burn the fat as well.

HELLO?????????? sweat. sweat makes you lose calories and you well get in sahpe try to do jumping jacks and dance a little bit too then everyone will notice the new you.

your making abs((stronger)) your stomach is flat and not gross looking. but you don't work anything else.
