bare essentials. My husband is becoming too rich to be this spur of the moment. Funny - the richer we become the more freedom I lose or the older I become. Can anyone elaborate?

I can understand where you are coming from. But it happens both ways. Whether you have money or if you are poor.
Or if something happens in your life that you least expect.
In my situation it was......Ending up with a very bad back problem that made it to where I can not work.
Had to go on disability which does not pay squat.
About the time I became disabled and couldn't work, I ended up taking in a grandchild that her parents did not want her.
And I could not see someone else raising MY grandchild, my flesh and blood.
So I took custody of her.
I struggle every day. From either trying to take care of a child while being disabled. Or from trying to support her.
While I would not trade her for anything in the world..........
I would love to get away for 3 months and just have time to myself, time to relax, time to not have to struggle with every day situations.
Time to get rid of the headache that seems to never go away....LOL

Well, I'm guessing that you husband works? With more money comes more responsibility. Most people only see dollar signs, but some of us know that there's so much more to life than money. It can be really frustrating if you're starting to feel like he's losing sight of what's really important, or that his career in strating to dictate your lives.

I do not have alot of money but I think if I were you I would not like all the spotlight being on me I would like to have a normal life hope things get better

ME!!! I just want to go somewhere where no one knows me and I can sleep without worry about who's going to call me with a new problem!!! Don't have to worry about class or anything. I can take long baths and eat out every night!

i wish i could get away..even for a week..but i have to support myself and my daughter..i am not so lucky as to have to worry about being rich and getting richer...i seem to worry about juggling the bills around so they can all get payed..life is tough for some..huh...
