I was shy around people on the outside but I was spoiled and more outspoken amongst my immediate family.

I was VERY shy around people who didn't know me well and I didn't like to call attention to myself in school or otherwise, but I was a major brat at times, when I was surrounded by family and friends who I felt comfortable with.

A few years ago, one of my oldest friends saw a picture of me in elementary school hanging on the wall at my parents house. There I was, smile as big as I could possibly get it (front teeth starting to grow in), eyes bright and sparkling. My friend said "you've always had a twinkle in your eyes". I was a child full of energy, love and curiosity and that "twinkle" was a hint of what lay inside.

Your pretty much like me. When I'm around new people I'm as shy as anything, but once I get to know someone alittle I start acting more like myself: loud, funny, and nice.

I am often miss judged by people, I often come across as snobby and rude. But really usually I am just trying to figure out the situation and the people. It is not fair!

Ahhh, i remember it like it was yesterday, they described me by screaming then running away, nothing gives a child a confidence boost quite like that does...
